Peanut Butter Pancake Time!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cup Syrup
  • 1 tsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 cup fine almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • pinch of salt

How-To

  • In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour and baking powder. Stir until combined.
  • Add milk, butter, and Skinny Syrups and stir until combined.
  • Add eggs and dash of salt. Whisk until all ingredients are combined.
  • Using a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of mixture onto skillet.
  • Cook each side until golden. Repeat with rest of batter.
  • Serve warm and top with desired toppings.
