Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake
It's peanut butter jelly time! This protein shake will bring you back to your childhood!
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cup Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blender until smooth.
Keto Peanut Butter Cup Pancakes
Peanut Butter Pancake Time!
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cup Syrup
- 1 tsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
- 1 cup fine almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- pinch of salt
- In a large mixing bowl, add almond flour and baking powder. Stir until combined.
- Add milk, butter, and Skinny Syrups and stir until combined.
- Add eggs and dash of salt. Whisk until all ingredients are combined.
- Using a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of mixture onto skillet.
- Cook each side until golden. Repeat with rest of batter.
- Serve warm and top with desired toppings.
High Protein Peanut Butter Muffins
These protein muffins have never disappointed!!
- 180g instant oats (similar to oat flour)
- 25g protein powder
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 2-3 bananas mashed
- 1 egg
- 100g 0% greek yogurt
- 100ml almond milk
- 110g smooth peanut butter
- 3-4 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Pecan Syrup
Mix together wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Pour into muffin molds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups of Love
Valentine's Day is all about indulging in the good stuff and spending time with the ones you love. Treat yourself to a delectable sweet and salty snack that will make you fall even more in love with the perfect pairing of chocolate and peanut butter - all without the excess sugar and calories.
- 1 package of Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Morsels
- 3/8 cup of Peanut Butter (no sugar added)
- 1 tablespoon of Flour (optional for texture)
- 1-2 teaspoons of Simple Syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons of Chocolate Fudge Brownie Syrup found within our Chocolate Syrup Trio
- Paper cup liners or tiny muffin tins
- Place your peanut butter into a mixing bowl and add flour to give it a thicker consistency.
- Add in 1-2 teaspoons of Simple Syrup to your peanut butter to add extra sugar-free sweetness. Set aside.
- Empty one package of Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Morsels into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until thoroughly melted.
- Mix in 1-2 tablespoons of Chocolate Fudge Brownie Syrup, found within our Chocolate Syrup Trio, into the melted chocolate. Stir to combine.
- Gently pour an even layer of melted chocolate into paper liners. Don't make it too thick!
- Put the peanut butter cup bottoms in the fridge to set.
- Once solid, take your peanut butter cup bottoms and add peanut butter, making sure to stay away from the edges.
- Add melted chocolate on top to finish off the peanut butter cups. Put them into the fridge to solidify.
- Take a bite and enjoy! These homemade chocolate peanut butter cups contain half the sugar and carbohydrates of a traditional Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Additionally, this recipe is vegan as-is. It's a treat you can't resist!

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup coconut milk or 2 tablespoon of heavy cream + ½ cup water

- 1/2 cup flour of choice
