- 2 double shots of espresso
- 1/2 tbsp of Sugar Free Vanilla
- 1 tbsp of Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce
- a mason jar or cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes
- 2 glasses filled half way with ice
- oat milk ( fill to the top of the cup)
- Brew two shots of espresso or about 1/2 cup of very strong coffee. Add to the mason jar with Skinny Syrups than add a few ice cubes and shake vigorously until everything is mixed. Once that is completed divide the espresso mixture between the glasses and top with oat milk.

- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp butter

- Warm all ingredients together in a small saucepan until combined.

- 1/4 cup granola or nut topping of choice
- 1 apple of choice
- In a mixing bowl, stir syrups into yogurt.
- Slice apple into small pieces.
- Layer yogurt, apple and granola into serving bowl and repeat until full.

Cinnamon Apple Jacked Bread

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 scoop protein
- 1/4 cup finely diced apple pieces
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp Cinnamon Dolce Skinny Syrup
- 1 serving apple pie flavored almond and cashew butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except the butter in a bowl. Nonstick spray a mini loaf pan. Pour batter into a pan. Put in oven and bake for 8 minutes. Top with Apple butter.

Children of the Corn Cocktail
This spooky cocktail is based off of the classic Halloween movie - Children of the Corn!
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce Syrup
- 2 shots vodka
- 1/4 cup candy corn
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 oz pure sparkling water
- Ice
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the vodka and the candy corn. Stir.
- Cover and let sit for two hours.
- User a strainer to take out the candy corn and pour the infused vodka into a cocktail shaker.
