Blueberry Lavender Smoothie
- 2 Pumps of Sugar Free Blueberry Lavender Syrup
- Frozen Blueberries
- Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Cookie Butter Protein Powder
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Frozen Cauliflower Rice
Directions: Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
S’mores Collagen Latte
- 2 pumps of Sugar Free S’mores Syrup
- Brewed Coffee
- Packet of Stevia
- Scoop of Collagen
- Non-Dairy Chocolate Creamer
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Directions: In one cup, combine brewed coffee, stevia, and syrup. In the second cup, combine your collagen, creamer, and milk. Froth second cup and pour on top of the first cup. Enjoy!

- Can of Lime flavored sparkling water
Directions: Pour into glass then add two pumps of syrup. Enjoy!
- 3 pumps of Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup
- Light Lemonade
Directions: Pour lemonade into a glass and add three pumps of syrup. Enjoy!
Amber's Iced Coffee
- Cold Brew Coffee On Tap - Salted Caramel
- 2 Pumps of Sugar Free S'more Syrup
- Almond Milk
Directions: Add Cold Brew over ice. Froth almond milk in a separate glass then add to cold brew. Lastly, add two pumps of syrup and enjoy!
Cream Soda Float
- 2 Pumps Sugar Free Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
- Non-Dairy Chocolate Ice Cream
- 0 Sugar Cream Soda
- Whipped Cream (optional)
Directions: Put ice cream and syrup together in a cup. Then, pour soda into the same cup. Add whipped cream if you prefer to and enjoy!
Amber's Decaf Tea
- 2 Pumps of Sugar Free Meyer Lemon Raspberry Syrup
- Peach Tea
Directions: Make peach tea and add two pumps of syrup. Stir and enjoy!
