12 years ago, Jordan had an idea.

She didn't want to drink her calories, but still wanted to enjoy a good cocktail. Jordan came up with the idea for a Skinny Margarita. There was nothing like it on the market at the time - the beverage industry simply lacked sugar-free alternatives.

One Sunday afternoon, Jordan went over to her moms house with tequila, limes, and Splenda to create the perfect recipe. It may not have been right the first time, but the two of them had many margaritas that night!

Jordan eventually got a $5,000 loan from her mom, quit her unfulfilling job, and turned her garage into the first Skinny Mixes headquarters. She even had to trick delivery drivers into delivering pallets of product to her front door, even though it wasn't a business address! Jordan pedaled the product around to local bars and restaurants. The product sold!

Jordan has an entrepreneurial spirit - her idea didn't stop at cocktails. She also created Skinny Syrups - perfect for coffee! Consumers also use Jordan's syrups in their water, tea, oatmeal, baking, yogurt, smoothies, or anything they want to add more flavor to.

What started as Jordan and her mom in their kitchen has turned into a team of women innovating the beverage industry. Skinny Mixes now has over 100 products and continues to grow!
