I use this and the other sour syrups to add to my sherbet instead of coating it in liquid sour candy, the flavor of these syrups is incredibly potent and rich, but it's not nearly sour enough for me, so I ended up dumping citric acid powder into the bottle. The flavor is still VERY good, and my sherbet has been DELICIOUS so far, these bottles should last me a while.

Not that sour but pairs well with other flavors. I used it against a flavored Green Sour Apple powder for my waters and it hit! If you want to do some happy dancing, mix it with all flavorings and go to town.
