1 Peach Ring Gummies

Make your own vitamin and energy gummies at home by using our Peach Ring Syrup!

Ingredients:

  • 6oz of water
  • 8 pumps of Peach Ring Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp of gelatin

Instructions.

Whisk ingredients over medium heat until it starts to just boil and thicken. Once mixed, place ingredients into molds and wait for 30 mins or until firm. Pop out place in a baggie and enjoy!

Add warm sugary flavor to your sweet potatoes with just a tbsp of Maple Bourbon Pecan Skinny Syrup!

Ingredients:

  • Sugar Free Maple Bourbon Pecan Syrup
  • 1 tbs of Sweet potato

Instructions:

Add a tbs of Skinny Syrup to the sweet potato and mix evenly!

Mermaid Cocktail

Make a cocktail using our Sugar Free Mermaid Syrup to have a tropical and refreshing drink!

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 Tbsp Mermaid,
  • Lemon Flavor Sparkling Water

Instructions.

Mix in all the ingredients in a shaker than pour over ice. Use a lemon to garnish!

Start your morning with some pancakes that will make you want to celebrate!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 Cups of Water
  • 2 tbs of Sugar Free Birthday Cake Syrup

Instructions.

Whisk ingredients together and then cook pancakes on both sides evenly on low to medium heat.

Chocolate Espresso Coconut cookies

These cookies require no baking and will seriously satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbs of Sugar Free Salted Dark Chocolate Espresso
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1/4 Cold Coffee
  • 2 almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sweetener
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c. sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions.

 Mix ingredients and scoop or shape into balls to refrigerate or freeze. Makes about 4 dozen depending on size.

Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds are a great way to get your omega-3s! Add Skinny Mixes to your chia seed pudding for a sweet and easy breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 2Tbs. Chia seeds
  • 1/4 vanilla almond milk
  • Banana Split Skinny syrup-to taste
  • Fresh bananas and strawberries

 Combine the first 3 ingredients and let it sit overnight. Add fruit in the morning and enjoy for an easy breakfast!

7 Blueberry Lemon Donut

Who said donuts have to be unhealthy? Ditch the sugar and use some Skinny Mixes!

Ingredients:

  • Kodiak buttermilk cake mix
  • 1/2 packet of Devotion angel food protein mix (I was out of vanilla so I used what I had)
  • Tbsp Lemon elderflower syrup to taste
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Water

Mix ingredients than Bake @350 for 17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkled powdered monk fruit on top to garnish

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Quaker quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp White chocolate syrup

Toppings (optional)

  • 6 macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 Banana
  • white chocolate
  • strawberry

Chocolate Waffles

Skinny Mixes and waffles? Sounds like a win-win!

Ingredients:

  • 40g oats,
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of yogurt
  • 1 TBSP of Sugar free Chocolate Caramel Truffle

Toppings (optional)

  • Strawberry

  • Powdered Monk Fruit Syrup

  • Strawberry

Instructions:

Preheat waffle iron to the desired temperature. Stir all ingredients together in large bowl and pour a thin layer onto waffle maker cook until golden brown (about 5 minutes).

  Make your lemonade very berry tasty while keeping it free of refined sugars!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Frozen berries
  • lemon slices (1 whole lemon)
  • Pitcher of water
  • 1 tbs of Sugar Free Meyer Lemon Syrup
  • 1 tbs Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup,
  • Splash of lemon juice

Keto Blueberry Lavender Muffins

  Yes, you can even use Skinny Mixes to make muffins!

Ingredients:

  • 2 and half cups of almond flour

  • 4 tbs of simple syrup

  • 1 tbs of Sugar Blueberry Lavender Simple Syrup

  • 1 and half tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

  • 1/3 cups of melted butter

  • 1/3 unsweetened almond milk

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cups fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 lemon zest

  • Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350° and use cupcake liners to line a cupcake tin.

In a bowl, whisk to combine almond flour, Skinny Mixes, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk in melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Once smooth, add blueberries and lemon zest Scoop equal amounts of batter into each cupcake liner and bake for about 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean,

  Want to make something sweet in 5 minutes or less? Check out this heavenly Mocha Chocolate Mug Cake!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp melted butter

  • 3 Tbsp almond flour

  • 2 Tbsp Skinny Mocha Syrup

  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 whisked egg

Instructions:

Mix ingredients into a mug and microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. Top with heavy whipping cream and any desired toppings!

Keto Candied Pecans

  These Keto Candied Pecans are sure to drive you nuts with their warm, buttery and sweet taste!

Ingredients:

  • Two cups of Pecans

  • 1/2 Cup of Butter

  • 3 tbs of Sugar Free Butter Toffee Syrup  

Instructions: 

Mix ingredients and spread pecans evenly on parchment paper. Bake at 250 degrees for about an hour. Mix the pecans around every 20 minutes.

  I bet you never thought to put Skinny Mixes on your salad! This recipe creates the perfect low carb salad dressing!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2/3 cups of olive oil

  • 3 tbs of Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp of oregano  

Instructions: 

Combine ingredients and then store in an airtight container in the fridge. Dressing will be good for about a week!

  • 1 cup of Mixed Frozen Berries

  • 1/4th cup of greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup of Water

  These Peanut Butter Yogurt bites are the perfect snack for anyone who is on the go!

Ingredients:

  • -1/2 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of pb2foods -

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of Ice

  • 1 cup of Water

  • 4 tbs of Sugar Free Cherry

Another one of our favorite ways to use our syrup is this quick and tasty crepe recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce
  • 1 ½ cup of milk
  • 1tbs of butter
  • ¼ tsp. Of salt
  • Nutella and Strawberries to top

Instructions: 

Whisk all the ingredients up until there is a smooth consistency. Pour small amount of batter on into a pan on medium heat Cook 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining batter. Fold the crepes and top with strawberries and nutella!

              No Bake Cheesecake

Enjoy a creamy, delicious, no bake cheesecake with a few ingredients and a few simple steps!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup vanilla flavored sugar free syrup
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Premade pie crust

Instructions: 

In a small pot, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/2 cup of syrup and let soften 5 for minutes. Stir over low heat to dissolve the gelatin completely. Add in the cream cheese with the remaining 1/4 cup of syrup until creamy. Gradually mix in the gelatin mixture. Chill until slightly thickened for about an hour and then fold in the whipped cream. Pour your cheesecake on top of the crust and let it chill for about 2 hours.
