St. Patrick’s Day is the one day of the year that the luck of the Irish allows everyone to celebrate with a drink in hand! We understand that this can sometimes be difficult when you are on a diet and don’t know if you should participate in the shenanigans or abstain from the calorie heavy cocktails.
Lucky for you, we have 5 delicious cocktail recipes that are not only festive but are also diet friendly! ☘️
1. Irish Whiskey Sour
Directions: Add all of ingredients to glass of ice. Garnish with lemon and enjoy!
2. Top of the Morning
Directions: Pour the Cold Brew into a glass and then mix in the additional ingredients. Feel free to add in the creamer of your choice or enjoy it black!
3. Shamrock Sipper
Directions: Add the vodka, mint leaves, Lime Juice Syrup and Mojito Mix into a shaker and shake it up! Pour into a glass over ice. Top it off with club soda and add a few slices of cucumber. Garnish the glass with the extra lime slices (use 3 slices to make it shaped like a shamrock!).
4. Irish Flag
- 3 oz of coconut water
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 tbsp of Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
- Fresh cucumber
- Mint leaves
- Orange slices
Directions: Add Coconut Syrup, vodka and coconut water to a shaker with ice and shake it up! Cut up fresh cucumber / oranges and place in glass. Pour vodka coconut water mix over fresh produce and ice. Garnish with mint and cucumber and enjoy a drink with the same colors as the Irish flag!
5. Spiked Shamrock Shake
- 1 cup Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 2-4 tbsp Sugar Free Mint Chocolate Chip Syrup
- 2 oz vodka
- Top with Fat-Free Redi Whip
- Green food coloring (optional)
Directions: Combine ice cream, Skinny Syrup, and vodka into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
