Ingredients
  • 180g instant oats (similar to oat flour)
  • 25g protein powder
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 2-3 bananas mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 100g 0% greek yogurt
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 110g smooth peanut butter
  • 3-4 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Pecan Syrup
Directions
  • Mix together wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Pour into muffin molds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
