Pour Skinny Syrup into a mug. Add espresso shots. Swirl to mix & pour in steamed skim milk. Add whipped heavy cream. Gently float pecan pieces on top of the whipped cream for display.
*If needed, 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee can be substituted for 2 shots espresso.
