Chocolate Caramel Truffle Frappe

This blissfully delicious frappe has a smooth creamy caramel and comforting chocolate flavor that will tempt your taste buds! 

you’ll need
How-To
  • Pour all frappe ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass and top with whipped heavy cream.
  • To create topping syrup, add Skinny Syrup, erythritol, and water to a sauce pan and whisk together.
  • Place on stove and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour mixture into blender and add xanthan gum.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more xanthan if necessary and blend again until you reach the consistency of your liking.
  • Drizzle topping syrup over whipped cream.

Fold all ingredients together and roll into spoonful sized balls. Next, roll in shredded coconut and cocoa powder. Dip in chocolate or enjoy as is! Recommend to chill before eating.

    One of my favorites

    This is perfect for my daily iced coffee. I don’t have to spend a fortune at Starbucks anymore. Just a little splash makes it sweet. One of my favorites! This one and the white chocolate.

    This is a 5 star syrup!

    I don’t drink coffee but I’m loving this with my water. I mix this with either the French Vanilla or The Irish Cream and it is simply wonderful. It is a great blend even in water and I reach for it over the more fruitier syrups which I also love. I do like to premix them in my Yeti bottle and leave them over night and it is even better the next day.
