- 2-3 TBSP Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
- 2-3 TBSP Sugar Free Mango Syrup
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1-2 shots rum
- 3-4 pieces of diced pineapple

- 3 ounces Sugar Free Mango Syrup
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Fruit
- 1/2 Cup Plain or Greek Yogurt
- Ice
Combine 3 ounces Mango Syrup, 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen fruit, 1/2 cup plain or Greek yogurt and ice. Blend on high until smooth and enjoy!

- 3 tbsp Sugar Free Dragonfruit Acai Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Mango Syrup
- 2 tbsp No Sugar Added Apple Juice
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake to combine for approximately 15 seconds.
- Strain over a cup with ice and serve.

- 2/3 cups of Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
- 1 cup of Diced Mangos (fresh or frozen)
- 2 TBSP Sugar Free Mango Syrup
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended, then pour into popsicle molds and put in the freezer until frozen.
