Fabulous!
I have waited and waited for this (and no, I didn't know why at first). I use it to make low carb home made Butterbeer - yes, the same yummy drink you have to go to Universal to get, only better because I can have it whenever I want. Recipe: 1-2 oz butterscotch skinny syrup, 1 can sugar free cream soda and a bit of the Coffee Mate Butterbeer foam or liquid. I just use 1 oz of the syrup but if you add ice or want a more intense flavor then you may want to add a bit more. Once the Coffee Mate BB starts to mix with the cream soda & butterscotch syrup it's ready to enjoy.

I like this flavor more than I anticipated. Ive started adding this to sparkling water with a little bit of french vanilla and it reminds me of a cream soda. Delicious!

Sweet and mild
This syrup is sweet enough, but the flavor is so mild I didn't really taste butterscotch, even though I used way more than I would for other more concentrated flavors. To me it tasted like a light hint of vanilla, which isn't bad, but I had high hopes for the butterscotch flavor.
