1 tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
1/4 cup oats
1/2 banana
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup ice
