Drinking water is a chore. I would love to be the type of mom who drinks a gallon of water a day, but the truth is I drink a gallon of coffee a day instead. I have been trying to set an example for my kids to drink water and stay hydrated, especially with the summer heat arriving soon. My kids and I are prone to heat-strokes, and as a family, we are teaching our kids how to avoid them. The most important factor in avoiding heat-strokes is ensuring you stay hydrated. Not only do my kids hate chugging glasses of plain water, but I'm also not a big fan either. Functional Syrups have been a great way for us to actually enjoy our water!
