- 1 shot of white rum
- 2 TBSP Blueberry Lavender Skinny Syrup
- 5 mint leaves
- Soda water
In a cocktail shaker, combine Skinny Syrup, rum, and muddle mint leaves. Once mint is soaked and muddled add ice, cover shaker and shake vigorously. Over ice, strain into a tall glass, top with soda water, stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
