Good but not as good as brewed coffee with skinny mix flavors and heavy whipping cream…as a diabetic the added sugar is really unhealthy.

I really wanted to love this, but the flavor wasn’t as good as I had hoped. It also was still a little clumpy after mixing. I had mine with almond milk over ice. I do like the amount of protein and the low sugar content. I just couldn’t taste the caramel enough and the coffee overpowered it. But it was ok.
