Poor customer service
I placed an order because of a black Friday special and was supposed to receive a $15 gift via email on December 1st. NEVER CAME. I contacted customer service and sent copy of email showing I was supposed to receive gift card no one ever responded. This is poor customer service. you want returning customers but yet you scam them into buying products based off a sale and you don't send the gift card promised after the make the purchase. ridiculous

Easy to Use...But Added a Step
The gift card was very easy to use; however, I had a gift card that was a generic one and had to use it to purchase the Skinny Mixes gift card in order to use it. I wish I could have just used the first gift card instead of the added step. It worked, though, just took more time.
