Ingredients
- 2 tsp Naturally Sweetened Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Milk of your choice
- Ice
- Mix syrup, protein, milk and ice in blender.
- Blend well.
- Pour and serve with sugar free whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
