Low Calorie Drinks
I have been on a weight loss journey for some time now. Unfortunately, I have a horrible sweet tooth - and that doesn't end with candy bars! When I make my drinks, I love adding a pound of sugar to get as much flavor as possible. As I took on a healthier lifestyle, I knew cutting out the sugary drinks would only end up with me binging on a bunch of sweets. Instead, I've crafted a few low-calorie and low-sugar alternatives using Jordan's Skinny Mixes that I would love to share with the world. The recipes below have become my saviors for replacing sugar-filled coffees, sodas, and cocktails.
1 Peach Water
Keep it peachy with this drink! I add peaches for aesthetics, but if you leave them out, this drink is 0 calories! Not only that, but one serving has 130% of the daily intake of Vitamin B12, which helps to boost metabolism.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp of Sugar Free Peach Syrup
- 8 oz of Ice Water
- Peach Slices
Directions:
- Stir Sugar Free Peach Syrup into ice water. Add peach slices for extra flavor if desired!

2 Pistachio Latte
Is anyone else addicted to pistachios? In my culture, pistachios are a popular ingredient in desserts. This latte is a great way to keep enjoying pistachios without all the excess sugar found in homemade desserts.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of Sugar Free Pistachio Syrup
- 2 shots of Espresso
- Milk of your choice
- Ice
Directions:
- Froth milk to a thick consistency and pour over ice. Pour your espresso on top and stir in Sugar Free Pistachio Syrup. Enjoy!

3 Raspberry Lemonade
Summer is coming, which means my strawberry lemonade phase is on the way! This drink is 0 calories and refreshing, especially on a hot day!
Ingredients:
- 8 Oz of water
- 3 Tbsp of Meyer Lemon Raspberry Syrup
