Make the Peppermint Mocha: Brew your espresso and add it to a mug. Stir in 1-2 tbsp of Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha Syrup and steamed milk.
Prepare the Peppermint Chocolate Cold Foam: In a small frothing pitcher or jar, combine cold milk/cream with 1 tbsp of Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha Syrup. Froth until it becomes thick and foamy.
Assemble: Pour the cold foam over your peppermint mocha, and sprinkle a touch of cocoa powder on top if desired.
