- 1.25 ounces espresso (chilled)
- ice (to serve)

- 2 shots espresso (a double shot)
- 4 ounces milk
- 1-2 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone Syrup
- Pour espresso into a cup, foam the milk to double its original volume, add Syrup. Top with whipped cream if desired.

- 1 1/4 cups flour (Pastry)
- 2 TSP baking powder (Pastry)
- 1/2 TSP salt (Pastry)
- 1 3/4 TSP ground cinnamon (Pastry)
- 2 eggs (Pastry)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (Pastry)
- 1/4 cup shortening (Pastry)
- 2 tbsp of Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup (Coffee)
- Cup of Hot, Brewed Coffee
- Choice of Milk (Coffee)
- PASTRY: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all pastry ingredients into a bowl and mix until well blended. Grease pan & pour batter into a pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- COFFEE: Combine coffee, choice of milk, and Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup in a to-go cup and stir.

- 1-2 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone Syrup
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- Pour all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Keto Mason Jar Ice Cream
We scream for ice cream...especially keto ice cream!
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 TBSP cocoa powder
- 1 TBSP granular erythritol
- 1-2 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone Syrup
- 2 TBSP sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
Combine all ingredients into a mason jar and close with lid. Shake for five minutes. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

- 1 package instant oats
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 oz Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone Syrup
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- TOPPINGS: , 1/4 cup raisins, 1/2 apricot, 1 TSP peanut butter, Fresh raspberries, Unsweetened dark chocolate, Granola
- In a small pan, boil the chopped carrots with water and milk for five minutes on high heat. Add the instant oats, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Let boil from three minutes while stirring.
- Reduce heat to a minimum and add Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone Syrup. Continue stirring for another minute.
- Serve in a regular size bowl and add toppings.
- For more delicious flavor in your porridge, roast your apricot topping before serving! Cut apricot in half and roast in small pan on high heat. Add Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone Syrup into the pan and place apricot facing the heat. This will allow for the roasted crispy look, and it will retain moisture of apricot and enhance the flavor with Skinny Syrup!

- 1 Box of Jell-O Instant Sugar Free-Fat Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding
- 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1/4 Cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- Sugar Free Gummy Worms
- Start this recipe by preparing your pudding. To substitute the milk in this recipe, use the 1 cup of water to dilute the 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Once those ingredients are mixed and the whipping cream is diluted, add 2 tbsp of your favorite Skinny Syrup and mix. In this recipe, we used Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone Syrup.
- Add the pudding mix and whisk for two minutes. Let the putting set in the refrigerator for five minutes.
- Once the pudding has been set, pour the pudding into small cups. Then, add your "dirt" (Sugar Free Chocolate Chips) and your "worms" (Sugar Free Gummy Worms). Enjoy and Happy Earth Day!
