Keto Chaffles 3 Ways
What is a chaffle?
A chaffle is typically a cheese based waffle that taste like a classic waffle, but it only has about 3 carbs! It is perfect for the Keto diet, or anyone who is trying to cut down on carbs and sugar.
Sweet
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 TSP baking powder
- 2 TBSP Sugar Free Glazed Donut Syrup
Fruity
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 3 TBSP baking powder
- 3 TBSP Sugar Free Peach Syrup
- 3 eggs
- 3 TBSP melted butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Nutty
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 TBSP coconut or almond flour
- 1/4 TSP baking powder
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Butter Toffee Syrup
Instructions:
Preheat your waffle iron until hot, about 5 minutes.
Heat cheese in the microwave until it is soft about 10 seconds.
Stir in all other remaining ingredients.
Pour enough of the mixture to cover the waffle iron.
Cook until browned about 4 minutes.
Carefully remove the chaffle with a spatula, let cool and top with butter, syrup, or whipped cream!
