Keto Chaffles 3 Ways

What is a chaffle?

It is typically a cheese based waffle that taste like a classic waffle but only has about 3 carbs! It is perfect for the Keto diet, or anyone who is trying to cut down on carbs and sugar.



  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Peach Skinny Syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk


  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut or almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder 
  • 1 tbsp Butter Toffee Skinny Syrup



  • Preheat your waffle iron until hot, about 5 minutes.

  • Heat cheese in the microwave until it is soft about 10 seconds.

  • Stir in all other remaining ingredients.

  • Pour enough of the mixture to cover the waffle iron.

  • Cook until browned about 4 minutes.

  • Carefully remove the chaffle with a spatula, let cool and top with butter, syrup, or whipped cream!
